Supplier Warranty
Leisurecraft hot tubs are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for five (5) years from the date of delivery.
This warranty excludes damage from weather exposure, misuse, or improper maintenance. Labor and service costs are not included.
⚠️ Safety Notice: Do not light the wood-burning heater until both the tub and heater are fully filled with water. Improper use may damage the heater.
RETURN POLICY/DELIVERY
Because of the product’s size and custom configuration, returns are not accepted once shipped.
