Supplier Warranty
LeisureCraft products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for five (5) years from the date of delivery.
This warranty does not cover wear from weather exposure, improper maintenance, or misuse. Labor and service costs are not included.

⚠️ Important: Do not operate or light any connected heater until both the heater and sauna are properly installed and prepared according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
RETURN POLICY/DELIVERY
Because of the product’s size and custom configuration, returns are not accepted once shipped.
